At Mpongo Private Game Reserve

Two venues, Mvubu & Nyala, accomodate 100 and 80 delegates respectively, in cinema seating, and U-shape & schoolroom arrangements are available for smaller groups. Other smaller venues are also available on the reserve for more intimate meetings & breakaway workshops.

Conference organisers visiting the reserve can expect excellent service standards, flawless event co-ordination and tailor-made packages to suit every need.

For out-of-town delegates

Conference delegates often need to stay overnight, and with a range of rooms to choose from, including luxury modern suites in the heart of 3500 hectares of conservation land, there is a room-type for all needs. All of our rooms are decorated tastefully and are spacious enough for you to kick back and enjoy a relaxing stay. If there is time away from the conference, delegates can enjoy an excersion to East London town center, a visit to one of the spectacualr beaches or the famous East London Golf Club.
