Bronze Tier Status : 15% discount on all accomodation bookings

Silver Tier Status : 17% discount on all accomodation bookings

Gold Tier Status : 20% discount on all accomodation bookings

1. Sign up using your primary email address, when prompted during the booking process.

2. Link your membership to your booking:

• If booking via our website - enter your email address when prompted.
• If booking via central reservations - give your email address to the booking agent.
• If booking at the hotel - give your email address to the receptionist.

Please Note: bookings made through third-party platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor etc will not qualify a Premier Rewards bookings.

3. As well as receiving an instant discount at the time of booking, you will earn tier status points based on the final room invoice at the end of each stay, at any of our 24 hotels & resorts nationwide.

All new members start as a Bronze tier member & enjoy an instant 15% off all bookings

Members who spend R24,000 within 12 months are upgraded to Silver tier status & enjoy 17.5% off bookings

Members who spend R60,000 within 12 months are upgraded to Gold tier status & enjoy 20% off bookings

Tier status upgrades happen as soon as the spend threashold is reached

Tier status downgrades happen if the spend threashold has not been maintained 12 months after an upgrade e.g. If you are upgraded to Gold on March 1st 2025, but spend less than R60,000 over the next 12 months, you will be downgraded to Silver or Bronze, depending on the spend, on March 1st 2026

Premier Rewards bookings can only be made directly on the Premier Hotels & Resorts website, via Central Reservations, or in person at the hotel. Bookings made through third-party platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor etc will not qualify a Premier Rewards bookings.
